Pretty much what it says on the tin. I think everyone knows the rules (say the character and reason), just try and not have head cannon or queer baited characters. AKA go for explicit LGBTQ+ characters to keep it simple for everyone and not like L from Death Note lmao.

Lesbian-
  1. Escapade (High 1-A)
  2. Kiana Kaslana (High 1-C)
  3. Nil (Her Tears Were My Light) (2-C)

  2. Wiccan (1-A)

  3. Tatsuya Suou (1-A)

Transgender-
  1. Escapade (High 1-A)
  2. Cagliostro (1-C)
  3. Bridget (Low 1-C)

Non-Binary-
Please do not submit inanimate objects btw, I feel like that's cheating a bit lmao (and kinda rude too)
  1. Kei Sakura (Esper) (High 1-A)
  2. Davepetasprite^2 (1-A)
  3. Maestro (Doctor Who) (High 1-C)

I'll keep it like this for now, I can expand it if this thread gets enough submissions/someone submits a character outside of these things

do you have any reasons? Or is it just stats?

you can marry both genders as either gender so bisexual ig.

What do you guys think about this dude/dudette

Oryx was born female and transitioned to male after ascending to status of a Hive god.

Bisexual Nico High 1-B with extremely Smurf haxes.
Gay God because 1-A is never too much

High 1-A Mazikeen for Bisexual. She's Lucifer Morningstar's lover and had flings with women before.

https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/The_Doctor_(Doctor_Who) High 1-B with the power of The Glory (Colin Baker (6th Doctor) and Paul McGann (8th Doctor) have both discussed their portrayals of the character being asexual. Other Doctor actors have as well, but those two are most relevant as they portrayed the incarnations with the two highest tiers)

Where's my pansexual boi Deadpool? I'd put Marvel vs. Capcom version since it'd be more powerful lol

I don't really mind but should we consider beings with no actual gender at all be considered non-binary? I'm not that knowledged on this but isn't non binary referring to having a gender that isn't neither male or female? For what I understood they still have a gender.

Non-Binary refers to people who are outside the typical Male Female archetype. The exacts of whenever or not Non-Binary is another gender, no gender or outside of gender really relies on the individual at hand so for the sake of simplicity I'm just putting down characters that are above/lack gender as Non-Binary. There is exceptions (objects) but generally that's how I'm going to treat it in the thread.

Since I think this point of yours may be after seeing my post with Dream, lemme give 2 cents here:

Every single thing regarding gender that it's not female or male is regarded as non-binary, since it's an "umbrella" term whose meaning may include being outside of the binarism, being no gender, being genderfluid too, and many many other stuff.

Hope I helped

I was thinking about all others that fit this like
Pretty much every cosmic entity and tiers 0 would fit the same thing so might as well just put all tiers 0 in the non binary category

I don't think cosmic abstract beings who are fundamentally without gender quite count imo. Since they're not non-binary in a way adjacent with LGBT community but non-binary because they're literally above concepts like gender or sex.
