Rox use paralysis based hax a lot, but in this key she likes using any wishes that could disavantage her opponents. And Mei is a skilled fighter that opens with her Dragon or fire beams

Looked at the scan for the paralysis hack it seems pretty strong and Mei has no resetince to it from what I can see. It doesnt look rox can really resist much of what mei can do so just who shoots first? but the para hack seems pretty much instant?

Well, she needs to either wish it or activate her eyes or something but it seems like its faster than Mei spawning a dragon.

Glacing at Mei seems faster than pulling out aura, and she could also force Mei to end herself via wish
