I thought the statement used in the movie was a thousand exploding suns, not a million (I guess they wanted to dial it back from the comics)

Sentry should have regeneration too. He was shot at close-range multiple times in the chest by many hostiles in the O.X.E. Vault, but he managed to heal himself in a few seconds completely. He was also killed at one point by a killswitch designed to stop him if anything went wrong with the Project, but fully healed in a matter of minutes.

Wanda simply by virtue of having much more showing for now. Though as said by others, physically it seems the Void at least is purely and simply impossible to affect physically and Sentry in general is absurdly fast, remember the one, very important detail that during his fight with the team, he was already moving so fast he was a blur and he was toying with them, nay, focusing to not kill them by accident. That's faster than what the majority of MCU characters have shown. Now imagine a serious Sentry.

Shame we don't know what Walker's shield is made out of but casually superheating vibranium is a W feat (superheating takes more energy than physical transformation)
Valentina's statement has to have credibility since the serum was made in a lab, and it would have to have measurable numbers for that to even hold true. At the very least, Hulk is the most scientifically studied Avenger. This is prevalent in Hulk (2008) which directly connects to the CA:BNW movie, in which that doctor becomes a super genius and turns Ross into Red Hulk. Captain Marvel was made by the space stone which was arguably the most studied Infinity Stone on Earth. Her statement has a lot of credibility IMO.
Also worth bearing in mind that Bob had no interest in brutally damaging any of the Thunderbolts, especially U.S. Agent who treated him the worst by far.
Yelena/TM holding her own against Walker (among many other feats in the MCU) makes virtually any physically fit human durable enough to take hits from a super soldier. Walker has that insane jumping feat too.

Everybody in the room not taking multiple hits from John never happened? Also TM jobbed because she was supposed to be killed. She beat Red Guardian who has decades of experience of being enhanced compared to John's 5 seconds.

Would Sentry get possible Type 3 or 4 Immortality from coming back from the killswitch? It seemingly did something to the brain due to the effect on the eyes but im not sure.

Do you know how heavy a boulder like that is? Easily heavier than the helicopter Cap pulled in TWS. And he was struggling too. This is realistic by super-soldier standards.

A new unevaluated calculation suggests that the exploding sun statement could potentially get High 4-C results if considered acceptable to use.

The bulldozer Cap was stated to push is several times heavier than a helicopter. Bucky dead-stopping a 10,000 pound armored military vehicle with one arm is better than Cap's helicopter feat. There's three of them.

Honestly the MCU Sentry quote sounds like in-verse marketing and not literal, that doc Yelena reads also contains like, a bajillion design and costume mockups for the Sentry too :v

It’s not in verse marketing that was never marketed to anyone the quote is for the project and their goal is to create someone all power invincible etc someone with the power of 1 thousand suns the sentry
Nothing she says is marketing she wouldn’t make things up as that’s her entire plan to have a 1 man avenger who can do anything so she can control everything

Tbf, the two aren't necessarily the same. Wakanda is all about weapons and technologies and the only enhanced-related stuff is the flower which comes from Bastet and not their own accomplishments. By contrast, the western world has shown multiple times they're pretty good at giving powers to other people through experimentsAs much as I find Valentina's statement to be reliable, I find it a complete meme that they made a god in a bottle but they're still technologically behind Wakanda.

Shuri basically recreated the heart-shaped herb using vibranium-enriched plants. All of their achievements stem from vibranium even though they have no need for power higher than the Panther. Meanwhile the rest of the world since the 1900s was stuck on trying to recreate the super soldier serum, and the lucky few got to experiment with Hulk's DNA and Skrulls. The US Government isn't hinted to have technology anywhere near the capabilities of the Sentry Project, unless they reveal it's adamantium-based or something.

technically wakanda is going to be the one falling behind the entire reason they eve got so advanced is because they are hard carried by vibranium and how versatile it is something the rest of the world didn’t have but not that they have admantium and wakanda doesn’t they will leave wakanda in the dust since admantium is more versatile and capable then vibranium

Wakanda was already light years ahead of the rest of the world since 1992, likely far earlier. Even with Adamantium, I don't see the rest of the world closing a 30+ year gap led by minds comparable to Tony Stark any time soon.
Obviously, certain people will, like Tony who first created time travel, or Hank Pym who was a master of quantum mechanics. But none of those things are applied at a national level.
