Basically trinity in tempest and way of the monster nation are canon, slime diaries is somewhat canon as it has aditional information unless contradicted for comedic effect. Clayman's revenge falls into that category too but since it's about the regressed clayman things will become non canon overtime but still gives a lot of additional information.

Tenchura, corporate slave and the other one are not canon.

having a separate profile seems better atm since ivarage might have abilities unique to it but if it gains all the power of True Dragon Veldanava or Returns to the All One then definitely.

It passes on from Rimuru to Chloe and then to Shizu and then back to Rimuru Infinitely. So it has no starting point because of the looping making it become a bootstrap paradox. What we do know is that Rimuru is it's source somehow, I'm going to get some sleep.
