Hulk (MCU) vs Budo! Round 1 Match 3 of a 7-A Tiersetter Tournament!

With the first two matches going relatively well and my promise to do two matches a day still in effect, I spun the wheel twice and landed on Hulk vs Gouda.

Speed is Equalized, both characters are 7-A, and they start at SBA distance.

Pretty sure Hulk gets smitten to death since he has no heat or electricity resistance.

I think this should be an easy win for Budo. He starts fights spamming lightning attacks and blasts from far away. If Hulk closes the gap he either starts fighting hand-to-hand while covering his attacks in electricity or by doing this. If hulk starts posing a problem he will do this large AOE attack covering the surrounding area in lightning. All of this while having flight and Solid Shooter as a last ditch effort and Hulk lacking heat and electricity resistance should make it an easy win for Budo (maybe a stomp?)
