Stat overhaul: He shouldn't really scale to Electro's full blast, he just endured random zaps at best, and he's consistently 9-B.
P&A just had the resistance removed since it relies on Yu just not directly looking into her eyes otherwise he does just get mind controlled. Alongside that general clean-up

Stat overhaul since Spider-Man literally one-shotted him into death.
And then P&A just gets a clean-up.

Stats change in accordance to Spider-Man, and P&A gets an update + clean-up

Basically overhauled the whole page

Same as Miki

If your assertion is that Electro's bolts on Spider-Man were lower, prolly list his 8-B as up to :V

Why?
I don't think we tend to just do "up to" because someone doesn't do the same output for every attack ever

...Don't we? Otherwise the assumption is they can't control their output like that

No? I think the baseline assumption is "No a character does not output the same energy for every attack ever and can in fact control it"
Like even outside that the calc is for an electric beam he shot, why would anyone assume it's the same energy for that as zapping someone he's grappling with?
Up to is for more defined mechanics outside not going full throttle on everything

Electricity doesn't really have a set speed
Yeah electricity can vary in speed by a large marigin (the speeds linked went from Supersonic to High Hypersonic+, kinda proving it)

But considering the context of Electro shooting high voltage bolts and the feats of power he's displayed, it's reasonable they should be faster than completely harmless tesla guns. Or considering he's called a human generator, scaling him to the electrical speeds of a van de graff generator is reasonable as well

Agnaa doubting the Tesla calc in the comments
Second one doesn't seem approved. Unless someone does a calc for Electro I'd rather just scale him off vehicles for now

It wasn't outright dissaprovement of the calculation though, more so just skepticism, plenty of other (albeit former) calc group were in support of it.

And to answer Aagna's question, similar gaps of speed exist in natural lightning (from only 90 km/s, to 1400 km/s) but we use the average value regardless

I mean it's still not approved so

Why do people have a tendency to kill themselves in this manga?

Anyway the changes look fine to me.

electricity is typically assumed to be supersonic off the lina shields calc yeah, i think it'd be fine to just scale him to that without a calc. Otherwise agree

Eh I guess I'll change it if that's the standard assumption across the site sure

Alright I applied the CRT (I also added precog to Spider-Man off a scan I forgot to add)
Otherwise thread can be closed.
