Since we now have the Boruto Databook explanation, I believe a more detailed breakdown is coming. However I agree with you in that It shares similar characteristics with a black hole, the key difference is that the user has control over it and can direct it at specific targets.

anything with esoteric properties that a normal black hole does not have automatically gets cooked out of being one unless stated to have the force of one.
selective targeting automatically nukes its chances.
Our BH standards, from what I've seen, are pretty strict, it is why Blackbeard and Ribrianne's arent considering actual black holes and needed feats to be indexed at all.
Your best hope is Ike, via another character or the database, giving us a statement that Sarada's ability carries all the same force as a real BH on a target that she selects.
