Minor Invincible Resistance Addition

I looked at Robot's profile today and almost said a slur, so that was cool. So instead of doing an actual CRT, his ass is on the backburner now for a whole overhaul and featbox slop thing come 2038.

So just like two and a half things for Viltrumites that scale to, or above, Issue 59+ Mark, and issue 80+ Mark.

Electricity Resistance.​

In issue 59, Powerplex attacks Mark with weird electrical energy current slop. Mark basically facetanks it, while a stray current ends up frying people across the room, despite that Mark walks it off, and even deliberately proceeds to take the full brunt of it directly in order to incapacitate Powerplex without hurting him.

So just Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Withstood Powerplex's discharge).

Any Viltrumite comparable would just get (Comparable to Mark who could-) or whatever.

Extreme Heat Resistance.​

They already have temp res but, actually linking some stuff instead of just "in short bursts they can withstand hot", would be nice.

Mark, Thragg, (Robot and Allen), could all sun dip. Important to note, is that this wasn't just a surface dip, they actually start fighting within the outer layer and while they're toasty, they aren't taking any visible damage from it. Mark then proceeds to push Thragg deeper into the sun, and then they actually do start getting cooked, but even in spite of that, they have a fight to the death within it.

To add an extra feat that's probably even higher than the sun feat (albeit only for a split second). Mark facetanks explosions, while even holding one of the bombs, that vaporizes LA and turns the sand and area into a glass floor, he is fine bar a lil anime blood cough.

This happens in Issue 139 & 140. Issue 80 for the nuke.

Anyway, something like

Mark:

• Resistance to Temperature Manipulation (Viltrumite atoms' ability to exchange energy with the background changes their temperature where needed, allowing normal bodily functions to continue even when the outside temperature is near absolute zero or as hot as the surface of a star, as shown here. In short bursts, they can withstand temperatures even hotter than the sun such as bombs that could vaporize a city or deep within a star)

And idk

Robot (Final key): (His outer shell could briefly survive inside the sun before melting)

Conquest, Nolan, (and maybe Anissa?) would just get a mention of being comparable to Mark for extra stuff.

Also point-blanked a massive nuclear blast (issue 52) but eh, the other bomb feat has more direct showings of heat such as the glassing and vaporizing so picked that one, though whenever we give him a featbox this would be nice to add.

This would be res to light and sound manip too, but there's a bunch of feats that I'm not sure which we should use as the prominent one, given Mark has tanked nukes pointblank, to even Viltrum exploding, both of which would encompass that.

That's it, was gonna do more but the other stuff needs actual overhauling the profiles so shrug.

I was actually going to upload a blog with precise numbers on the heat they are withstanding (courtesy of ReturnofKhadz). To include it in the verse's page it also needs a CRT right ?

I wouldn't make two profiles, it can be split properly and have it look good with one. Keys and tabbers exist for good reason, especially if you make full use of them, it's just the way it is now is actually insulting and standard / type tabbing obv isn't the best. Probably do it the way I'm doing one of my Zelda profiles.

That isn't to say it's good at all, like it's ******* bad, like holy ****. "Standard Equipment: None Notable" has me contemplating a ******* crime.

Honestly don't bother tbh, I just mentioned it because like, the scan was there. I don't even plan on touching Robot's profile till we get a featbox sorted out for him. CRT was mostly just to add elec res.

I mention that since, for example, he is incredibly much more skilled in hand-to-hand combat than before and his social influencing and preparation goes far and beyond than previously
