Small CRT for Genshin Impact information manipulation type 2

This is a very small CRT for only one ability, In newer Genshin Impact v5.5 we got a quest "A Finale Emberforged" where it was blatantly stated that phlogiston is a computronium as seen in these screenshots.

Also in those screenshots it is blatantly mentioned that Information can be transcribed on phlogiston to imitate essence of any and all things through language Iridescent Inscriptions which is obviously programming language they use, and since everyone from natlan uses phlogiston they should either get "Information manipulation type 2" or "Limited Information manipulation type 2".

and I think we can reference this to reinstate Information manipulation type 2 for Nahida through Irminsul by using this as a reference, but if you guys do not want to get it for nahida then it's ok i will do a separate CRT for that in future.

Can you tell me how is it Limited for Natlan People? As far as i know they can manipulate phlogiston almost everyday if they wanted to fight especially Ancient Name Bearers through the Nightsoul's Blessing.

Edit: the IM2 looks fine i just wanna talk about the users

Imo they should not be limited but i still gave it as an option, although i would still try to convince people who thinks it is limited

im2 nahida is actually very clear, and im2 is already in irminsul.

plus this feat should im2 in genshin be returned. so i agree with everything
 
I haven't completed the newest quest yet, so can't give my opinion. And probably won't be able to do so for like a week for some reason.

While I agree this is IM 2, I would like to see why and how the characters that is being proposed to have this ability should actually have it. Since all these scans are showing is that the verse have fundamental information, Hell, if anything, the opposite is true, since the scan shows that a machine is doing it instead of a being...


TLTR - I see that is IM 2 (fundamental information), but I see no proof or arguments why any character should be given the ability to manipulate it.

because in natlan everybody is taught how to use phlogiston by using Phlogiston engravings, here is example for xilonen.
 
Phlogiston only acts as a medium for this information to take shape so manipulating phlogiston isn't manipulating information.

furthermore, information type 2 cannot have mass. and the fact that it is considered as an atom says otherwise

So these supposed atoms cannot be considered abstract information but only as a medium for this information.
and as this information can only be somehow transcribed through this specific medium I doubt they are fundamental.

this though means that Phlogiston have the capacity for creation and mimicry depending on what information is transcribed into them

Here time itself lost meaning by use of phlogiston which is one example which proves of it working at abstract level.

Yeah. For it to be info manp info has to be directly manipulated rather than atoms it engraved in.
 
I think, information is in phlogyston, automatically the person who manipulates phlogyston will manipulate the information. that is why phlogyston users can change their form and that is also why elements are called the foundation of the world.
