Worst Users Of Every Power

They can be revived by contact with other player characters or the other player characters' Standees, though, no?
(& also, they're mostly Invulnerable during those 5 seconds, as opposed to a lot of 'verses' ghosts, no?)
Yeah, but like most of our Vs matches are 1v1, and having played Super Mario Bros Wonder from start to finish I can tell you that if you're playing solo, no they cannot.

Well, your own Standees can't revive you, but those of other player characters can.

Also, don't we have rules allowing characters who operate in teams to do team matches?

Mario & Luigi literally have a franchise about them fighting as a team.

Even if it's not useful for vs matches it's still very handy for them in their own series.

I know Ted is already on the list but can he be nominated for worst Immortality Type 1 for the same reasons as his Self-Sustenance? Also again, I think the Authority should share the SS spot with him.

Spirit Jellyfish should be removed from Light Manipulation.
The description of her Spirit Ash straight up tells us that she passively illuminates her surroundings which also applies to other Spirit Jellyfishes so her light is not useless. Additionally, her ability to glow red when provoked might serve to intimidate and deter hostiles which is a common tactic performed by many animals in the real world.

Monarch of Pointland should stay of course. His light is literally infinitely smaller than photons which make up real light.

Yeah but they're ghosts, they don't have natural predators (and in fact immediately attack any whom they deem a target or a threat) and they don't need to see the world around them (jellyfish don't really "see" either way)

I mean it's visible to the naked eye, isn't it

Well duh. It's to intimidate those targets or threats. They're guardians after all.

What? They're ghosts who were formerly humans. She only has the appearance of a jellyfish, not literally one. What makes you think their senses are equal to that of real life jellyfishes?

As answered here, jellyfishes can see just not as well as say a human can (again, this is assuming that she's a literal actual jellyfish). They also can't hear while Aurelia clearly can.

If you mean to the eye of a 2 dimensional being which is a tiny barely noticeable dot then sure.

Nominating Glass Joe alongside Velma for worst Martial Arts.
Bro is just a shitty boxer. Shitty offense, shitty defense, barely dodges any blows. His attacks are heavily telegraphed and interruptible, some being able to KD or KO him instantly if punished. He's both physically and mentally weak. He has a W/L record of 1/100 which makes him the only character in the entire series who requires a headgear to compete. His only victory was a complete accident.

In the Wii version of the game, there's a challenge where you have to lose to him.

I think The Lord of Light should get worst Possession for the same reason as his Avatar Creation.

Nominating Hakari for worst Information Manipulation (Type 1), Homing Attack, and Power Nullification. These specifically have to do with his Domain Expansion.

So some DEs in JJK possess an effect that ensure the user's Cursed Technique is guaranteed to hit their target regardless of the target's ability to prevent attacks from landing. What the effect actually is varies depending on the CT.

Hakari's sure-hit effect in particular transfers knowledge of how his DE works into the opponent's brain. That's all it does. The info doesn't even have any sort of negative effect like Gojo's DE. The power null and homing attack also ensures that the opponent will receive the explanation regardless of if they somehow have the ability to avoid that. This means Hakari is always giving his enemies free info of how his trump card works whenever it's activated which might allow them to figure out ways to prevent or counter it.

(I'm honestly not sure whether Playtime or Hakari should take the spot for Power Nullification. Which one is worse between a power null that is very easy to counter and is nearly useless along with its user being dumb, or a power null that is actively beneficial to enemies but its user is a very smart and lucky guy who is aware of his own weaknesses? We'll have to answer this question in order to figure it out)

Nominating the ROTD Player for worst Stealth Mastery. Their Night Owl skill lets them get closer to enemies without being detected. However, this skill will only activate at the very beginning of night time aka 6 PM. At its weakest, it only reduces enemy detection range by 10% and lasts for a whopping 1 minute. However, it can be upgraded and at its best, enemy detection range is reduced to 75% and lasts for up to 5 minutes. It's basically bootleg invisibility that will only activate at a specific time of the day and it doesn't even stay on for very long nor is it that good.

Think I might have found another Roblox profile that can get on the list.

This actually doesn't work because revealing your own kit in jjk makes you slightly stronger, so even if we ignore that hakari needs it for his abilties to work, hes still getting a slight boost to his everything.

I feel like telling your enemies everything about your complicated DE that they would struggle to figure out otherwise just for a slight boost isn't worth it and he's telling them every time he uses it by sacrificing his sure-hit.

Nominating Mickey and Donald for worst Physics Manipulation. They can defy gravity and walk on the air as if it's a solid surface. However, they can only do it unconsciously and it stops working the moment they realize that they're using the ability.

Sans used time stop but only for "getting serious" when talking to some loser who (in order for the scene to occur) actually saves a few people here and there, he does not use this probably incredibly useful tool in a fight as well like a tool

Maybe for Time Manipulation, Paper Mario's Speed Flower and Slow Flower, They manipulate time for everything, including himself. While for the player this is useful in universe, these flowers would be doing nothing from Mario's perspective.

FWIW, they also provide a 3x points multiplier while in effect, assuming we account for the points/EXP, so it can lead to gaining HP & ATK (Only one is boosted per level up.) faster. (HP is also fully healed upon any level up, if we count that.)
But at later levels, even large amounts of boosted points barely progress towards the next threshold for a level up.

I know they do that and give more coins too, but as an actual time manipulation power, it'd be doing nothing from his point of view. I thought it still worked.
Yeah, fair, probably still does.
Sorry if I was a bit harsh.

There's also that unlike many things in SPM, they aren't an "item" that can be picked up; They activate when & where they're made contact with & are noticeably temporary, meaning they can only be used in the specific locations where they're found.
So yeah, I'd advocate for it.

No, I'm sorry if I sounded too defensive. I played Super Paper Mario a long while back, and at the time I just thought it was a funny power-up logistically, so when I saw that Time Manipulation was still open, it was the first thing that came to mind.

Nominating Chosen One for worst Disease and Void Manipulation. His Disease Manip doesn’t affect Beheaded like Koriel’s does to himself, it just turns others into zombies that attack anything in sight, including him. No, it’s not some kind of passive AoE effect, it just infected his own kingdom once and let the zombies do the work. The Void Manip is even worse, it only kicks in like 250 years after he became a homunculus. And in SBA matchups they practically don't exist.

Regulus for time manipulation

Honorable mention but holy shit, he knows he can make his wives invulnerable meaning he will become unable to die but he does not for no apparent reason. Absolutely inhumanely diabolically stupid.

Doesn't Little King require his wives to be unfrozen since their hearts wouldn't be pumping? He can make them invincible, yeah, but that would mean Regulus himself can only stay invincible for 5 seconds, then he'll have to deactivate the ability which would cause them to go back to being vulnerable anyway. The better question to ask is why he doesn't just permanently freeze his enemies in time.

That either means he is eternally vulnerable or just does not use the most optimal way to defend LOL

Iirc he froze Reinhard and threw him to space but that merely protects his enemies (he is also time stopped remember)

Yeah, but why doesn't he just time stop Reinhard and leave him somewhere on Earth for all of eternity? I'm pretty sure the only reason Rein can move again after being hit into the moon is because he was outside of the range Lion's Heart requires to maintain the time stop.

Reinhard can still move even if he was time stopped, you do know it doesnt statue anybody right?

no

From what I'm heard, there is a case to be made that the warrior entity has the worst mind control, as most of its powers are dedicated to internal processes (in MC's case, a fancy nervous system).

Then again, the profile doesn't think so, and that's probably still better than the second SCP-166.

Nominating Plok for worst Preparation. He can get really buff in a short amount of time. In case you're wondering, no, this doesn't make him any stronger.
