I never used this 5D scaling method, after reading the method it seems to be ok.
In LN, it is shown that Anos and Ivis both have their own timelines, and those timelines are infinite. Changes to Ivis and Anos' timelines do not affect the World's timeline. Anos said it in the post.

• Ivis has the time of his body, because Ivis is now immortal and eternal, so that timeline is eternal.

Eugo La Raviaz had the power to control time. He could freely manipulate even the time of his own body, so any attempts to harm him would simply be frozen. On the off chance any damage was done, it would immediately be undone.
