Sonic General Discussion Zone Act 1: New Frontiers

Depends on what the comic/manga shows. Stories that still fit with the current content should work, but others that were clearly being built with different lore in mind won't, like the ones about the early Japanese lore of Sonic being a fictional character based on an air pilot.

It's revealed in DC x Sonic #1
that Sonic is outside the scope of the DC multiverse, with Superman explaining Darkseid needed to cast a "wide net" to reach Sonic's world.
this is like with Scribblenauts.
also that puts into idea how MAGICAL STONES FROM ANOTHER MULTIVERSE ARE HAS POWERFUL HAS LITERALLY ANY OTHER POWER SOURCE IN DC

This reminds me.

  • Wonder Woman states Darkseid is using the Ragna Rock to cross dimensions to look for worlds and powers outside the normal scope of their multiverse to fuel his conquest
  • Tails states the Chaos Emeralds are 7 mystical gems of unlimited power.
    • Green Lantern responds by saying Darkseid could use them to power the Ragna Rock to "destroy countless worlds".
      • Batman adds that it could alternatively allow Darkseid to bypass his search and manifest the Anti-Life Equation.

Gotta love that Chaos Energy bullshit

As always, the chaos emeralds have infinite power, unlimited energy, endless energy, incalculable power.

Just had a funny thought.

Imagine Batman using Chaos Control either just by himself or making a cool Bat-Armor with a similar vibe to the Hellbat.

Seriously however, the question is if the Chaos Emeralds being at this level isn't an anti-feat for the whole deal being 1-A in the first place.

I don't have to explain that 1-A doesn't work like that, more specifically brute force alone can't reach that tier, and otherwise it's an anti-feat for such scale.

Only with the statements to lean that way (in terms of origin, not just scaling), that can't be assumed.

Does It matter anyway, statements about the anti life equation in this crossover can't be scale to normal DC one anyway.

Not in here at least, even with a buttload of references I don't think they'd allow these kinda crossovers
Honestly that's probably for the best but Sonic having any way to scale to 1-A is still neat and kind of funny.

Also who else is hoping that Eggman doesn't team up with Darkseid during this crossover and instead goes "Earth isn't yours to conquer." before sending his army to fight him.

Ian Flyyn in not exactly a writter for DC comics, so whatever he wrote in the crossover about DC level of power would be null, since he don't have a say on It.
I mean, characters like Darkseid and items like the equation are kind of exempt from the Elseworld rulings, because they’re cosmic constants that exist across reality. There is one Darkseid, his variants are avatars of that True Self, who is knowledgeable and speaks through his Emanations/Incarnations/Avatars at once.

So this random Darkseid saying something like “This power beats everything in DC” fundamentally is different from the random Superman saying so. And that’s assuming these are randos, because the status for its DC-side is unknown.

My opinion din't really change, I still don't think Darkseid trowing a statement like that means anything, when the writter is not from DC.
I don't think we're aware at the level of Interaction between Flynn and DC writers.

However, it would be stupid for the DC side to not step in and help Ian regarding some of their most famous characters. Do you really think they trust Flynn like that? And this isn't me justifying some high tiering bogus, it just doesn't logically follow that they would let Flynn run hog-wild.
