Would being on empty planets/chunks of land grant someone Space Survival?

Not specified, but it has gravity for normal people but not for lighter objects.

Is their any life on that planet or is it just a giant rock (like the moon) ? If it's the latter I'd be tempted to say that yes it could grant Space Survival, otherwise better do a case by case and discuss it with knowleadgeable members on that verse with additional context.
