Name of the game: And the Hero was never seen again

The game happen a year after the death of the Demon King by the hand of the hero Astel, during their final clash, in his last breath the Demon King cursed Astel turning him into a woman and taking his powers away. After a year of doing nothing at home, Astel who had gone broke decided to take a job of finding portals accross the world to help for the reconstruction of the countries after the damage caused by the Demon King. However, the former hero quickly found themself mixed with even worse danger as the True Demons, a supposedely extinct species began reappearing.

The problem with it is that the game have quite a bit of explicit NSFW scenes. However:
*Most are on side content that you can skip and for the few ones that are on the main story, the game warn you beforehand and propose you to avoid them.
*The game let you deactivate all explicit content any time you want and even if you do not deactivate it, you can easily do a playthrough without seeing any s*x scenes (note: Clearing the game without seeing any NSFW scenes is also directly a challenge in the game which give you bonus upon completion).
*The NSFW is totally separated from the story and have no impact on the plot or even the behavior or the characters)
*It shoud be also noted that despite being 13 chapters long, from chapter 10 onward there isn't any explicit scene anymore in the game unless you use a teleporter to earlier part of the game.
*What's more neither the game official trailer neither the opening references the NSFW content.

So woud the verse qualify as Type 3 (allowed) or Type 4 (Forbidden) ?

But given with your description This definitely doesn't feel like Type 4 but 3.
so now I am a lil bit confused if it can be allowed.

I checked on steam for this game which is tagged as Hentai.
Tags are community generated.

It should probably be allowed but I'm not an authority on that. Reminds me a bit of Demons Roots (not on wiki) where it has some NSFW content both dedicated extra content and a bit in story but the game basically aggressively warns you about it and how you can play entire game without it and enter a PG-13 mode of the game with nsfw stuff turned off.

A common deciding factor is what the ESRB rating is; we usually allow it if it's simply rated M for mature as opposed to an AO for Adults Only. If it doesn't have that, we may need to look at details. On one hand, the ability to turn of explicit content is something that would be a plus. But if "H*ntai" is one of the tags, that could throw a lot of people + Fandom off.

the Hentai tag is community added and people will tend to add that tag no matter the context as long as it has NSFW material (not technically wrong either ig) so I wouldn't completely trust it.

I look up what the game ESRB would be and apparently it's not set. The hentai tag as said before is community added, so whether the game is allowed or not depend on if we consider it a eroge (aka Plot with P**n) which is allowed here (Black Souls, The OG Fate and Tsukihime VN and surely more) or a nukige (aka P**n with plot) like MGQ which is forbidden on the wiki. Beside even on the explicit side the "content" of the game is way less hard that series like Berserk, Goblin Slayer (Manga) or Redo of Healer.

Its a Kagura games. Its literally a hentai game.
I mean that's a bit reductive. Sure Kagura Games focuses on lewder games/games with adult content but they aren't really a unified game dev but instead are a publisher of games. It should be context dependent because there ARE games that would fall under level 3 that are published under them (Demons Roots being an example where the **** isnt at all the focus and is also advertised as being completely optional with the game telling you there's a PG-13 mode).

95% of Kagura Games' library are hentai games. I'm fairly confident in assuming the same for this game

Here is a review of the **** aspect of the game. Make of this what you want.

So after looking at Steam's comments I realised something, the game does not have H scene by default. To access the h scenes you need to install a free patch, I can't link the website of the publlsher for obvious reason but here's a screenshot of the patch.

So yeah there's no h scenes in the game if you don't install that patch. Which is directly mentioned on First_Witch's screenshot
Need to install the R+18 patch from de publisher page
I haven't realized it before because I'm playing a pirated version of the game already patched
Further proof:

With the infos in the op, pretty sure the game should at most be level 3.

Kagura Games are hentai yes, actually all of their game, but there are some games that have Steam version, Steam forbid hentai stuffs, so hentai game creators must remove hentai elements from the game for it to be sale on Steam, some very softcore elements however can be allowed to remain depend on Steam evaluation,

However most games are Hentai in origins, just have NSFW reduced version or called Censor version for Steam side, rarely there are game that was originally developed as normal game then NSFW stuffs developed later for it as a separate patch

So this is entirely depend on how we views this case, if we always consider those games by their origin regardless of it having a SFW version or not then they can't be indexed on the wiki cause their origin is Hentai game; but if we just consider those games if they have NSFW contents or not, then i think we can index them if they have SFW version, of course we only index the SFW version's contents

I will close this thread then. Thank you to everybody who helped out here. 🙏
