The CRT has to get updated because the movie gave Typhoon new feats, delaying it even more.
By the time Typhoon's calcs get evaluated, International Assassins and the Gun Devil Arc get animated, forcing us to redo the calcs from those arcs, delaying it yet again.
By the time the revisions of those calcs get evaluated, early Part 2 is being animated, which buffs Yuko and the Justice Devil, and so we gotta redo the scaling yet again-

Death has a descension date, and she'll be welcomed by high-ranking devils. She'll also end humanity, while this devil wants to save people. This contradiction between her and the death devil then implies she's a different horseman; Kiga and Yoru are accounted for, so she must be Conquest.
There's also no stated rules about devil reincarnations beyond the rough outline. Makima could have been born a grown woman just because the Conquest Devil's form is "a female human", nothing implies devil necessarily have a growth stage.

All the sisters have the same eyes so it four people it could be, they all have a special character mastic that differates them, fami the head tilt, yoru the scar, death her literal aura, control would be understood to be control if all those don't match. six months have passed since then, and It could be a possion.

Honestly I'm completely split between it being the death devil or Futamotorboat just pulling our legs. Cause the eyes mean she has to be a horseman but she is too old to be a reincarnated Nayuta, plus her saying that she wants to save everyone subverting how we expect the Death Devil to act and the whole theme of the chapter being death. But then again Fujimoto is also exactly the type of person to put all this in just for a red hairing

Okay so I have good news for Zabazab and bad news for everyone else. City Block level+ Public Safety Uniforms are dead, long live Large Building level+ Public Safety Uniforms.
Chainsaw Man Ch. 109 / Part 2 Ch. 12: 2nd Form Yuko bisects a P.S. Devil Hunter after crushing another, after they attack her with the Mantis Devil. She then gets torn apart by Post-Weakening Hybrid Denji. (Granted, it's his chainsaws but the issue's still here)
This is not an outlier, outliers create inconsistencies, while nixing scaling P.S. Uniforms to Pochita's dropkick- which could've survived for reasons I mentioned way back when;
-actually makes things make more sense. Without scaling those to Pochita's kick, Blood Devil Power (among a lot of others) are much weaker, which makes Mantis hurting her less weird.
The new scaling's now reflected in the CRT.
