From what I can tell, Yhwach's fate hax is initially resisted by the Soul King and Mimihagi (1 layer), and maybe not after he absorbed the Soul King? (2 layers? although he still couldn't nullify Jushiro's efforts to hold the worlds together?) Also, can we really call it a resistance layer being overcome when he's using it on himself?
For Dante, Tanin's blog outlines how there are layers of hax present by default between tiers of demons with reactive evolution constantly evolving beyond things, and Nero was fate haxed by the dice game, and meanwhile Dante no-sold it. Given how hax layers in DMC notably seem to scale directly with power level, we end up with each weight class adding a layer, leading to tens of layers and an ability to further adapt instantly to anything done to them.

I don't know about useless. He resists the fate hax and other stuff, and I'm not sure Yhwach can beat a creature with Mid-Godly regeneration at all, let alone one that also resists his most devastating hax. Still, Yhwach can also keep himself going with the Almighty. Although I don't know if his fate hax can undo a destruction of his concept by a being whose energy resists fate hax...
Also, let's not provoke each other. All this picking doesn't help anyone.

It might be best to close it. Tier difference, resistance to hax and Mid-Godly regen might make it a stomp anyway.
Plus it seems to have deteriorated into a public spitting contest. Scratch that, it was a public spitting contest to start with.

Dante's weakest 2-C key is either Anime or DMC1 with Sparda. Isn't it kind of difficult when Yhwach is Low 2-C rather than 2-C though?
