So then the calc would only scale to those who are comparable to BF Kakashi, and 1st Gate Guy wouldn't necessarily scale (perhaps 6th Gate Guy though since he scales to Raikiri Kakashi who should be faster than with BF due to it needing the Sharingan)

Possibly the Shunshin of people who scale to Base Kakashi, 6th Gate Guy/Raikiri Kakashi and those who scale to them, likely Chidori Sasuke, probably Merged Kakuzu cause he blitzes Kakashi who can keep up with his Shunshin speed, Sannin and those who scale to them, and most relevant WA characters

Hidan for one, since he was keeping up with Shunshin Kakashi with his own Shunshin

You can argue for the rest of the akatsuki scaling above Hidan via that one speed statement made by Hidan about being the slowest whatever
If these goes through, some characters need to get downgraded like BOS Naruto. I also don't agree with the current backscaling of P2 to P1 Kakashi but that's a separate matter. Since there are no multipliers (except for night guy. I don't think base Guy has any feats of him being relative to Shunshin Kakashi), everybody from Hidan to Juubito should be scaling to the updated calc (as long as the first part of my message is valid)

You could say WA Raikiri Kakashi~WA 6th Gate Guy>>1st Gate Guy 5x above Base Guy who has arguments of scaling to KCM Naruto but ik that's a controversial topic

I doubt that Kakashi got significantly faster in a 2 year timeskip in a way that he couldn't within the last 5 years
only WA Kakashi being faster makes sense because he explicitly gets better

We've had far bigger jumps in similar timeframes with the sole reason being that they trained
The new gen kids are eventually going to jump from tier 6 to tier 5 with just "training" over 3 years
Sakura went from below average genin to jonin level in 2.5 years
Hinata went from chunin level to base naruto level (the last version) in 2 years
Like Sparkle said, I don't think the difference between both versions of Kakashi is as wide as any of the above. But it's very unlikely that Kakashi stagnated in strength for 2.5 years despite having valid reasons to train.
There's probably some MHS+ boruto era calc somewhere he would scale to or, at best, he downscales from p2 Kakashi
With the hand movement calc, scaling more or less remains the same. Just a change in values work
Gate multiplier probably has more relevance now.
That being said, outside of the God tiers, I'll rather no changes were made to the current profiles
The scaling is quite outdated and has it's issues. I'll try and get confirmation on whether Slayer is still working on a revision

I mean that has more to do with the new generation being forced to scale up faster due to plot reasons, it likely does not apply to the older people, I get that he obviously wouldn't stay the same just not significantly enough to drop out of the tier as you said

the 0.029c has half the necessary number of evaluations but I doubt that minor change really needs an extra cgm, although best to be safe

i don't think we'll end up just scaling the calc to shunshin tbh, the arm swing part of the calc is just straight reaction speed and hand movement and has a similar value to the movement speed part of the calc.
they'll float around the same speed regardless so people who can react to Kakashi's movements will probably scale generally.
also, this is just a value-changing thread via an updated calc, not a scaling change thread so everything will be the same but with different values for now.

BM naruto is 10x above the god tiers
the god tiers are 1000x above Sai
so based on the 0.02c
the GTs at Top speed would be 20c
BM naruto would be 200c
instead of shunshin why not just list it as their top speed, heck the kakashi shunshin issue gets removed when you only scale people to this feat based on being equal or higher than his top speeds
if kakashi combats people while not at full force just dont give them this line of scaling
