Quick correction, the Almighty is passive and can be used even after Yhwach dies.
Aizen affected him with Kyoka Suigetsu long before he was able to unlock the Almighty again, which is not the case here since the Almighty is passive.

Aizen quite literally was sitting on a chair and used it without him acknowledging it LOL. Idk how him having an effect beforehand is off any relevance. He literally activated it on spot and it worked. It would be similar situation IMO. Not to mention, Yhwach is too arrogant to use it on spot.

Kyoka Suigetsu was active from the beginning, long before Yhwach awakened the Almighty. That's why it worked and still continues to work.

Oh right... Dante also has an insane amount of layered regeneration, so Yhwach has no real way to put him down for good.
Actually, now that I think about it, Yhwach doesn’t have anything in his arsenal that could permanently take Dante out. Iirc, Tony argued DMC at minimum 50+ layers in almost everything that are way beyond Bleach’s pay grade at this point.
