but other assumptions for lower timeframes are just arbitrary placements so it's not really an actual argument
I dont see why she cant be? the sternritters mostly glasscannon fodder with little to no feats whatsoever and negative support and negative consistency for moon level tiering, if a character believes rocks are gonna kill him it doesnt matter what headcanon argument you wanna use, they're not on those levels

I think I am allowed to question and disagree with a verse's scaling without the first response to me being "GO MAKE A CRT", they take a lot of effort to make and I dont find it rewarding enough to downgrade bleach as I feel for upgrading naruto

Tbh this kind of thing is wildly inconsistent in fiction. Obito (who at that point should be 8-B to Low 7-C) and Caesar (High 8-C) died from getting crushed by a rock.
