Zamasu truly knew nothingThat makes the Black saga even worse
In context, Gravy's attack only destroyed part of the city they were in. There's a panel of Gravy following the attack and you can see multiple buildings behind him, so it didn't destroy the timeline.
I rather like itHuh... So that's how it looks now when threads are linked?
It got ruined thanks to the updateWhat happened to the forum I loved
Since DBS Anime is now another, non connected continuity, to the manga, it should be its own Verse page much like the Toei animeMan the verse page needs a big rework cause it seems like a messsame could be said for the entire verse/most pages in general
Maybe split it off into 3 sub headings, Orginal Manga/Dragon Ball & Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super: Manga and Dragon Ball Super: Anime?
No there both the main timelines the franchise is advancing there fine as they are. ~~besides super being connected to Kia just being wrong anyway~~Since DBS Anime is now another, non connected continuity, to the manga, it should be its own Verse page much like the Toei anime
And this matters for it being a completely different continuity from the main canon/the manga how?No there both the main timelines the franchise is advancing there fine as they are.
I don’t think the DBS Anime is independent enough to be it’s own thing, considering how the profiles currently still use the original manga content for scaling, scans, etc.Since DBS Anime is now another, non connected continuity, to the manga, it should be its own Verse page much like the Toei anime
It shouldn't, it is as connected to the manga as the Toei anime isI don’t think the DBS Anime is independent enough to be it’s own thing, considering how the profiles currently still use the original manga content for scaling, scans, etc.
Don't think Kai has any difference from the Toei anime in what it doesMan Kai really needs its own pages, then that way we can assort some profiles to just “anime” and “manga”.
Of course it shouldn’t (also many toei pages should have their manga scans be swapped out with anime versions lol. Though it’s become much less of an issue overtime)It shouldn't, it is as connected to the manga as the Toei anime is
Toei has extra filler feats that Kai doesn’t like Goku and Pikkon flying from Grand Kais planet to hell, Vegeta blowing up Arlia, none of Garlic Jr’s scaling which is the most concrete movie for being canon imo, and, well, all the other movie feats. Heck the fact that they have movie and filler content could make a big enough differenceDon't think Kai has any difference from the Toei anime in what it does
Kai has like a 5th the feats in it At least that's what I rememberIt shouldn't, it is as connected to the manga as the Toei anime is
Don't think Kai has any difference from the Toei anime in what it does
It matters for them both being on the main dragonball header page, people looking it up will be looking for both. Separating them is an active detriment to the user experience. And this matters for it being a completely different continuity from the main canon/the manga how?
Also i'm surprised I need to tell you this, but making separate verse pages for different continuities Isn't the standard, it's only done when a section of the franchise is very different from eachother, fnaf world for fanf for example. The toei and games are separated because of how diverged there power level and lore are, the super anime and manga are virtually exactly the same in these regards. And this matters for it being a completely different continuity from the main canon/the manga how?
Things do flow a bit better that wayin all my honesty, i think Roshi blowing up the moon is a outlier
in what wayThings do flow a bit better that way
It kinda is.in all my honesty, i think Roshi blowing up the moon is a outlier
Well part 1 dragonball is basically moon level from the start all things considered with this, without it there's more linear growth. Granted thinking about it now most of the examples I thought of were anime onlyin what way
It kinda is.
But also, not really considering what we seen later on.
wait wait wait...what???Well part 1 dragonball is basically planet level from the start all things considered with this, without it there's more linear growth. Granted thinking about it now most of the examples I thought of were anime only
It isn't an outlier.
Don't triple post. Just edit the earlier comment.Yes it is, and I'm tired of people saying it isn't.
i am responding to the repliesDon't triple post. Just edit the earlier comment.
I ment moon level at the time didn't mean to say planetwait wait wait...what???
Yeah. Just edit the earlier comment to include it. Or read everything first and respond to everything in one fell swoop.i am responding to the replies
yeah i am not a fan of doing that, unless is one person respondingYeah. Just edit the earlier comment to include it. Or read everything first and respond to everything in one fell swoop.
Enlighten us on how it is an outlier?Yes it is, and I'm tired of people saying it isn't.
Respectfully, it's not about what you like. You don't need to make several comments back to back, essentially clogging a thread, when you can simply edit one to add any relevant point you want to make.yeah i am not a fan of doing that, unless is one person responding
has a gogeta profile pictureEnlighten us on how it is an outlier?
Who ordered a box of yappanise. I ain't reading allat.has a gogeta profile picture
aaaa...what do i need to say?
1. somehow the feat is not done again, or there is no feat of similar magnitude until the next series.
2. Roshi jumped from island to moon, and he wouldn't have a problem if it was just from mountain to country, but from that to Moon it is something very huge, especially because he didn't get stronger between that arc and the other arc (not the kamehameha at maximum power it was not a concentrated one, it was one at maximum power and in fact Roshi says that he exceeded it with his strength, because he directly blew up the entire mountain instead of just putting out the fire)
3. Piccolo destroys an entire city, and he does it with effort, you can see his veins and everything, and he destroys an entire city, and yet the guy is stronger than Roshi.
4. The Ki control argument does not work because for it to work we would have to ignore that they control Ki to avoid great damage, but when they use their maximum power and aim at the ground, that is when there should be great destruction (example with Cell who He was going to destroy the planet if he attacked the ground, and Goku was also going to do that, and the same with Kid Buu, but he didn't use all his power but it doesn't matter) even so Piccolo didn't destroy a large part of the earth when using his full power.
