About immeasurable speed

Question, is it immeasurable if an attack from the dimension that have slower time flow land in the dimension that have normal time flow?

I see some profile that have immeasurable speed for moving outside of space time such as this one

Seems like profile is very old and that rating is from the beginning, and idk what were the standards back then but with the standards of today it's not immeasurable. Also idk the verse mechanics myself, so its better if u ask in the verse discussion thread.

For the feat to qualify as immeasurable speed, the attack would need to demonstrate an ability to move beyond temporal mechanics entirely,
Simply experiencing a slower or faster time flow does not meet the standard.
