This'll be different once the implications of much higher than Low 1-C gets implemented, but otherwise yeah the gap between them in that tier is too big, Goku just breathes on Ultron and he dies.

Yeah great artwork, but um, this is probably the one version of Goku who can resist Ultron's hax , and because of the literal ludicrous gap between them in AP, nothing is really stopping CC Goku from accidentally killing Ultron with a kiai (For now, I heard there is some extremely telling evidence that the MCU/Marvel Comics might share the same Multiverse which would drastically change the outcome of this fight).

@Shar122 I don't know for certain. Unlike Xenoverse I do not know the scaling chain for Heroes. I do know that the gap between them AP wise is akin to the gap between Base Goku and Ultra Instinct, which um.... Yeah.

Above Baseline via convincingly being above Uatu. That's kind of it though and it isn't even a stomp gap considering Uatu could definitely fight back once he got serious.

From his profile, Ultron > The Watcher, Dormammu, Aliot and some, so he pretty good above baseline, still unqualifiable. Though i don't think it is matter, because TPU Mechi is massively above his Dark King self who already scale to CoT which is above baseline infinite Low 1-C, Mechi simply powering up to Dark King state shook the entire CoT itself. TPH Mechi is massively above Dark King. Base Goku from Universe Mission/Prison Planet Saga is already > TPU, UI-Sign- Goku in Universe Mission only appear in Universe Conflict Saga which also have absurb power up, the guy went from needing Perfected UI to deal with SSJ3 Cumber to only needing SSB in later Saga, UI-Sign- massively > SSB, mfs blitzed everyone including Base Jiren, Fusion Zamasu, except Grand Priest lol
