Actually, if I conceded that Cell could always and always has been used Super Saiyan at times, I could push the scaling chain even further.
 
I mean there’s nothing really to concede. It’s either you take the unsaid implication given by the Manga’s purposeful visuals, related guides, Anime’s visual and sound design, character statements, etc. or ya don’t. Either is valid because the evidence is based within supplemental information with no real explicit statement.
 

Cell Saga​

  • Fused with Kami, Piccolo achieves power that rivals Android 17's. >18975.5738 Quettatons (High 4-C)
  • Android 17's Barrier nullifies Piccolo's Hellzone Grenade, requiring double the Ki. >1.58791413 Foe (High 4-C)

Unless, of course, Semi-Perfect Cell used Super Saiyan against Vegeta, and Perfect Cell's Super Saiyan against Goku is accepted as a genuine 50x.
Then, the scaling chain is pushed even further.
 
Does anyone know if we've cucked MUI out of a Blue Fusion multiplier? Cuz right now I put together a scaling chain for the ToP that gets goku over 10 thousand times stronger over the course up until MUI, and it'd be really ******* lame if we treated MUI as a nothing power up scaling wise and just putting it as 'he got stronger'

Also, the Afterlife scan states two experts. One is that it's "dimensionally transcendental" and the other is that it "transcends dimensions." Which one would it be?
 
I’m gonna sit this one out. I’m just chillaxing and enjoying the (mostly) massive success of my GT Profile, and considering what other things I might need or want to do for Toei.

Ednaxel and I are already planning on doing Z-Goku Profiles, but I feel like we could probably get some other characters profiles done in the meantime. Specifically ones that would be much much easier, like Super 17.

And I’m sorry but I’m sick of people just agreeing with a thread because it’s a downgrade. There was not one new point brought up in the OP that would have even justified a 22nd Budokai downgrade BECAUSE IT WASNT THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE OP 😂. It looks like it’s getting rejected and we’ll get a proper discussion rule out of it.
