This makes sense because Toriyama literally explains something similar this in his own way in interview. It’s non-physical until harnessed in a KHH.

Techniques that are plain but effective aren’t suited for manga. Stuff like strangleholds and locking techniques are troublesome to draw and hard to make very flashy. Even the Kamehameha is a technique that expels “ki”, which by nature is invisible, but I was able to make it flashy by hitting upon the idea of portraying it as something that could be seen with the naked eye. With that pose too, I tried out a lot of different ones. What’s more, I had to think up special characteristics for each character’s techniques, but I ran out of patterns really fast, so it was tough (laughs).

Dragon Ball seems to have influenced many video games and manga. Where did you get the idea for the attacks that appear in Dragon Ball, such as the kamehameha and the whole idea of chi power?

Chi [also spelled “Ki”–Editor] has been used in China since ancient times, but it’s supposed to be formless and invisible. However, in manga, in order to make it easier for any reader to grasp, it was necessary to give it a shape. For the kamehameha, I myself did a lot of different poses and chose the one that I thought would work the best.

The only thing added with this theory is the existance of a fifth Cell that was killed by the Androids. Also, most of these timelines are probably empty since they were meant to be erased right before the Tournament of Power.

Dragon Ball AP, sad downgrade (Raditz/Saiyan/Namek Saga Tiers only)

This'll only affect Raditz to Namek Saga characters, anyone who is First Form Frieza level and up don't get affected so we don't have to worry about how other threads affecting this. The method on how we backscale is based on hypothetical power levels with multipliers (Hypothetical Kaio-ken x10...

So was Oozaru too, putting Goku from 10 to 100 consistently in guides, and SSJ making Goku go from 3 Million to 150 Million consistently in guides.
 
Does Toei have anything special with Ki Manipulation? The only thing I could find was Non Physical Interaction, and that's already on the Ki Manipulation page for the games
 
What about SSG Goku's debut which puts into perspective several days have passed so that the seasons around him have also changed?

I don't think so, the ritual has been completed when the first beam of light into the sky has disappeared because the main purpose of the ritual is only to insert the pure heart of 5 Saiyans into other Saiyans.

Then Bulma asked if it was finished, Piccolo answered not yet then a second beam of light appeared with Goku changing into SSG at the end after a natural phenomenon occurred.

There’s also Perception Manipulation, the need for total relaxation to use Ki (Videl learns Ki episode, I don’t have an Imgur for it), sensing disturbances in energy around your world even when they’re not exhibiting energy, Instinctive Action, etc.

EDIT: Also there’s a feature in the Anime, where gaining Ki from an ally makes you vastly stronger out of the blue.
 
Anyway, since the original thread was closed i decided to make another one to bring back the Frieza downscaling. It will be ready no later than tomorrow.

I'm not gonna lie to you, the original thread was buns and was done so then everyone would stop complaining about 5-A Saiyan Saga at the time, as well as for AP multiplier discussions to stop for a while

I'm a bit iffy on these cause they seem like things Goku acquired from his training on Kami's Lookout, and not something innate to all Ki users
