About the Tank, it heavily needs some scans and references and needs a whole revision honestly, the page is quite outdated.

My attempt at reworking the L4D profiles, including Infected and two of the Survivors whom I'll just copy paste from for the rest of the Survivor profiles. There's a feat that the Tank can do in the first chapter of The Sacrifice campaign where he can completely shatter the boats in the area he's in with one punch after he's freed from the train car. Anyone want to calc this?

Oh, funnily enough, I was actually working on my own reworks of the L4D profiles as well, lol (though they mostly focus on the statistic side of things). If you want, you can take anything you'd like from my reworks for your own reworks.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind taking a look at that later.

Nice, forgot that the Green Flu only spread through mamnals. I will take that along with the other stuff you put for the L4D pages. Let me know when you calced that Tank feat

I was wondering would comic stuff also apply to special infected like the tank, if so it "might" get a tier buff.

So the Tank feats got calced, the Tank's new profile has the new calcs and stats now and all that's left is the standard tactics section for it

Is there calcs for the infected and survivors so I can finish their profiles? Btw if anyone wants to calc it, the Survivors can break Tank rocks with melee weapons

Though given the results of the Tank's rock feat, this is probably calc stacking

If anyone is interested

damn,l4d weapons are kinda crazy strong
from what im seeing here from the comics, one shot obliterated the upper part of the torso of an infected.

Bumping this. Since once I wanted to update some of these profiles but never got the chance since I had no other help lol.

I made a Louis matchup

Can anyone help me? Thanks

How good is Louis?

Question, is anyone going to do a disease profile for the green flu. I feel like the virus itself is underrated as a profile.

It's a very volitile and literally mutates people. That's not mentioning the impact it had on the US.

10-C by itself, potentially 9-B with hosts?

What do you think should be on the profile?

We have the obvious ones like the virus and special infected keys.
If we are gonna combine every infected's profile into one, I'd suggest putting every Special Infected into one key as to not clog up the profile (like how our Predator profile groups up every hunter into one key), with each of the variants having their own tabbers in the P&A section and "higher" ratings being added to the statistic sections that go over how stronger SI like Tanks upscale to regular SI.
Do you think the development of special infected to deal with survivors, CEDA and the military would count as further justification for the Reactive Evolution ability?
I don't know, is there any proof that the Special Infected were specifically mutated to deal with those groups? Because otherwise I think it might be best to just have the SI mutating stuff under Biological Manipulation on the Green Flu's profile like how it is on Ecstasy's sandbox.

We can also put the SI in the notable attacks/techniques section like how Booker DeWitt's profile handled his vast arsenal. Just link each SI to their respective profiles and sum it up on the green fli profile.

All viruses are adaptive in some way to enhance their survival.
The flu mutates yearly to counter previous vaccines and the same can be said for animal immunities to many disease after several disease generations. The SI while subject to interpretation on how they mutated, the video I linked sums up why each SI mutated in the first place. VVV

Has anyone considered the fact that the infected would die out like, eventually? They're still technically living beings and you could hunker down in your home for a month or two and they would literally die from starvation.

Their stamina should be superhuman instead, while it's not shown in canon, it's not only consistently stated they're infected, but also shown in real life you're only able to last a month or two without food. That's also ignoring the fact they also vomit and sweat like, a lot (dramatically decreasing their potential lifespan)

Ja, that makes sense.

TBH, that's ignoring the water intake that would kill the infected off first. At best, you would survive only 3 days without water.

This is something I'll CRT later. Agree?

That is all just headcanon, without official sources from Valve or L4D2 itself, there's a negative chance of it being accepted
? That doesn't obliterate the fact that the infected are still technically living, breathing people that can still die from significant injury. That's self explantatory grounds for their lack of self sustenance still making them vulnerable to dehydration. And have we have any evidence in universe they still eat or drink as a infected?

It's stated by graffiti they can't swim either. I'll pull the statement up if you think it's relevant.
