In terms of personality and narrative, DB Piccolo Jr. and Z Piccolo are fundamentally two different characters, and Piccolo loses all of his demonic abilities during the Raditz Saga, and also because I like it more that way.

Yes. Kami states this explicitly. This is why Goku and Raditz can even go into the Afterlife—Goku’s kindness and Piccolo’s very rebirth altered his personality in such a way that he no longer is that of the Mazoku.

It's not, but on the other hand that Sonic profile isn't a great example as 10 keys is clearly a lot. That's about how much Piccolo was at before I split his profile up between Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Super.

I'm updating the Telepathy Justification to try and be on par with the Manga Goku profile. Most of it is copying the Manga version but using anime scans, admittedly.
Here's what I got so far as you can put it on your Toei Profiles (If you want):
- Telekinesis, Telepathy (Can telepathically communicate with others and read minds, lifted a pyramid up telekinetically, should have telepathy ignoring distances like his manga counterpart, allowing him to communicate without his mouth, intercept others' telepathic communication across Otherworld and the Living World whilst battered in the midst of combat, like his manga self he's capable of projecting himself onto others like Gohan, albeit with King Kai's aid, read Krillin's mind and memories with naught but a touch, these abilities are even active while he's asleep, allowing him awareness of things happening such as Kami and Piccolo fusing, Cell's existence despite never meeting him, and more. This also allows him to see these events and true happenings occurring even when afflicted by Nightmares caused by the Heart Virus. Should be comparable to Piccolo, whose telepathy allowed communication across dimensions into the Room of Spirit and Time. Decades later, Goku was able to telepathically communicate and plan with Nuova Shenron whilst Nuova was within his body as a corrupted Dragon Ball, and was able to commuicate with Pan telepathically despite her being absorbed, showing he retained his abilities in his new body)
Also, what do we count image training as? It's clearly a form of damaging telepathy for training purposes, but would we index anything else that goes with it?

Updated the powers, abilities, and resistances. Anything I miss? (Outside of Popo-Taught Instinctive Reaction. I simply haven't gotten to it yet and am focusing more on GT-Specific events currently.)
