Character A has an attack that can vaporize downtown Tokyo, he can moves from northeast corner of Tokyo to the southwest corner in 1 second, and he can tank an explosion of 1 megaton TNT

Character B is a human and an unhealthy one, but she can manifest a bomb with 1 gigaton TNT power above the atmosphere and can launch it from above Tokyo to New York in 1 second

Character C is similar to character A in physical stats, but he can manifests a sword that can cut anything from Tokyo to Shanghai

She would be below average human on the physical stats, Large Mountain level with her bomb creating ability.

Character C is similar to character A in physical stats, but he can manifests a sword that can cut anything from Tokyo to Shanghai

It would be a range feat, not a AP feat without further elaboration. But I would like to see the feat myself to see if it's a destruction feat or just range.

The cut basically separate two points as if they were never connected,he swing his sword at the direction of Shanghai from Tokyo and anything in that direction got cleanly cuts whether it buildings or mountains, it also ignores durability since it's not cutting through with force but separating two points, also if something were to exist at another dimension like in a parallel dimensional or similar ability but is in the direction the sword is cutting, they'll got cuts too

Oh, so that's how it works! In that case, it would be spatial manipulation and durability negation. Since it is separating two points between objects, even those that exist in another world.

But it's not destroying things with pure force, just separating them. So this wouldn't count as an AP feat.
