So, this girl by her own can break rock with her fist, run at 100kmh and can tank 9mm, however, she can manifests a weapon that can kill the embodiment of the universe, she's also immortal, as her physical body is merely an avatar of her true self that exist in an abstract realm that transcends mathematical measurements and linguistical definition, everytime she got killed, her true self will soon manifest her physical form back to existence.

9C? Killing the embodiment of the universe is dependant on the context, either they are the universe which mean they scale to it, or they are like 9C dura and the universe just die when they die. Having higher tier true self mean shit if the true self doesn't give her something other than the sword. The true self also doesn't seem like much without any context, might be low-1A.
