Uhh, because maybe it focuses a lot on the buu saga? It's literally said to be a story that's never been told before, it could mean it takes place at some point BEFORE superhero. If you think about it for, idk 5 seconds maybe? You'll see that it can fit into other parts of the story.

Dude, that's like 99.9% of the wiki, almost every match of any verse is with equalized speed with the exception of infinities/immensuraives, it's nothing specific to DB.
To be far most the wiki is a Duodecilion times into their tier. There’s like only one character in the same tier that’s beats DB speed ratings.
But DB only loses the matches because they are at the same speed, you can notice all the matches against characters with hax, DB is focused on speed and destructive potential.
