So say hell exists in the Earth's core with said hell being confirmed to be a universe, and that it can be physically accessed from the surface of the Earth down to the core via a hole. If someone were to do a feat of moving the Earth around, due to how the Earth's core essentially houses an entire universe, is using the mass of the hell universe allowed, or do we only account for the Earth's mass?

As a bonus, this hell is implied to have its own flow of time and is referred to as an alternate universe, in which reading the guidelines here, an alternate universe is considered to be a timeline. Would moving the Earth housing such a thing within its core be a Low 2-C feat due to these reasons?

Seems like an oddly specific question, but some verses take place on an infinite sized flat earth where Hell is described as "The Underworld". But likewise, if the Earth appears to be a regular planet while Hell is located in its core despite having a Universe size; I think maybe it's more accurate to say the core of the earth is an interdimensional portal to Hell rather than where Hell is physically located.

If I could probably rephrase this to be more specific, the Earth is a finitely-sized sphere (Just its regular planet diameter of 12742 km) and the way to access this hell is to physically dig to and make a hole in the Earth's core. Does that change the answer, or is it the same answer?

I had a similar question for a completely different verse, funnily enough. The Hell in question isn't universal (it's large planet sized), but it was formerly a separate dimension from earth before the two were bridged together and are now treated as physically contiguous. Would it be fine to use the Hell's size to determine the overall size of the earth in that case?

It’s a common occurrence in Grecian Myth related verses where the Underworld is in the planet, I’m not sure how it affects tiering myself. I would assume if the cosmology says “x” is the case we follow what’s stated and tier accordingly.

If the verse mentioned in the OP says there’s a universal sized realm in the planet. Then the planet is universal as per the verse.

If its specificaIIy stated to have that diameter, it might be the case DDM described above of how portaI work, you dig through the ground, reach the core, then go through the portaI and reach heII. In some verses, there might even be a case where the portaI is not a visibIe thing, and you unconsciousIy go through it into heII

Another scenario might be that it invoIves spatiaI manipuIation, where from the outside it just Iooks Iike a reguIar earth with a normaI diameter and everything, but the space inside the core is expanded via spatiaI expansion to be as Iarge as universaI in size. Some common exampIes in fiction are rooms that from the outside Iook smaII but from the inside are quite Iarge, or, in fantacy verses, things Iike storange bags that have a far bigger space inside them compared to their size from the outside

If Earth is treated as something unnatural to how the real world Earth is, I'd argue it could be considered a Universal or higher feat if it's verbatim stated the Underworld is a part of the Earth itself.
