Paralysis inducement

If i break an opponents bones/joints, Is this considered inducing paralysis or just making incapable of moving due to damage?

Paralysis inducement is a byproduct of these abilities , or the ability may be on its own power, but breaking bone to make other incapable of moving doesn't sounds like paralysis inducement.

Don't think this is a good example as the character just has the bones on his arm dislocated, not anywhere else. He couldn't move his whole body, not just arms.

If his body couldn't take the damage anymore he would just fall down unconscious, not just stand there lol.
