Personally I'd use Naruto and Sasuke's performance against Isshiki but the wiki doesn't treat Isshiki as being serious at all there

1. Naruto and Sasuke couldn't even put a dent in a full power Jigen ( per Sasuke's own words and literally what we saw )
2. Isshiki ( who is FAR stronger than Jigen ) was holding back as to not kill Naruto and Sasuke to find out where Kawaki was ( otherwise he would have splattered them harder than he did their avatars )

Pretty sure that they also got at least a bit stronger since it's a rule in Naruto that fighting life or death battles and surviving is even better than actually training.
