He's prolly around average Captain level, which will likely remain consistent when he gets beat up by Renji and Byakuya (since they're stronger than average Captains). I mean like, if we go by the manga (which ik is very subject to change) Shikai Renji dunks on post Auswahlen base Gerard. Not too dissimilar to how Renji beat down pre Vollstandig Mask, honestly full cheers Mask (no Vollstandig) pushed Renji more than base Gerard (post Auswahlen). Honestly, prolly puts his scaling like post Auswahlen base Gerard ~< full cheers base Mask. I don't have post Auswahlen base Gerard above like the average Sternritter's Vollstandig (Vollstandig Mask, Vollstandig Bazz, etc.). But like according to the anime he needed the Auswahlen and Vollstandig to beat down a nerfed Squad 0, which are self admittedly below like a Gotei 13 squad, which is very consistent with what we see in the manga too. Squad 6 ~ mainly Byakuya and Renji > post Auswahlen base Gerard.

Im gonna be honest,I have a pretty long Explanation(i just need to grab some scans to Support it) over how Oetsu's claim either gets contradicted or makes no Logical or Narrative sense.
(I would have honestly preffered it to be correct tho because it's funny)

Is the "the Downgrade" still usable tbh?
 
Driscoll's power is useless to Yhwach since he has to go back to sleep and his power boots will be downgraded. lol
 
I'm 100% sure the calc of Yhwach is legit. The anime has a scene where Ichibei or Shunsui explains to Ichigo "what does he thinks the walls are normally protecting when not in Seireitei" and there's also a scene where the walls come falling down in the same shape they are supposed to go around Seireitei. That's legit evidence for both been the same size. Arc just needs some screenshoots.
