Gaara was born with it. Why do you think Temari and Kankurou couldn't use it? Why do you think Gaara is the successor of his dad's position despite being the last born? He inherited the magnet release kekkei genkai which let's him manipulate sand.

Except that’s not the case, and Magnet Release doesn’t allow him to control sand. Literally, Sparkle posted the DB Q&A.

The same reason Rasa is able to manipulate Gold dust is the same reason Gaara can manipulate sand. THEY WERE BORN WITH IT.

Gold Dust =|= Sand.

Magnet Release =|= Controlling Sand.

It would allow Gaara to control “Iron Sand”, but not regular Sand.

Thats the point, he looks like a rebellious teen that wouldnt feel that out of place in a yakuza or delinquent manga. Contrasted by Kawaki, who looks somewhat like Jigen with more traditional clothes. The only things that are over the top to me about this outfit are the studded belt and so on, a bit over the top.

Reading this thread, it’s funny to see people deride this design by calling it childishly edgy, then bringing up Mugetsu of all things. The edgiest design of Ichigo, who often looks edgy in general.

Not really Though I understand Twitter ain’t really taken seriously for their mid takes.
But The Timeskip design was trending a lot , even saw a post where it was ranked #29 among world wide trends, the same can also be said on TikTok. There are actually lot more Fans than I thought.

I think I’m more pissed that Naruto hasn’t actually had a fight ever since he lost Kurama bro. Like I thought he was gonna fight Code but then ended up being a side hoe at the end of it just to also get freaking kidnapped. Imma guess that both him and Hinata remain unconscious though it would be funny during the timeskip that they ended up waking up and training
