It says zeref resists EE but I don’t see him resisting BFR.

Also since time eater is inorganic physiology type 2 wouldn’t death hax not work on it since it’s not alive in a sense?

Zeref has dimensional travel because of moving with SBT and space-time manipulation, but I don't know if that counts as "resistance" to BFR.

I believe that Time Eater's only wincon is BFR. Since Zeref besides having EE resistance, has Low-Godly regeneration possible Mid-Godly, which would make it difficult to kill him that way.

Zeref obviously can't kill him using AP, but he can use Macro to control Time Eater's mind and beat him that way. He could also seal him, but TE would flee the same way as Zeref.(I believe so at least).

Time Eater’s EE erases space-time which is a cut above standard EE and I don’t see Zeref’s resistance covering that.

Zeref resists space time manip and EE on a layered type 2 conceptual level, and his type 8 immortality is based on layered type 2 concepts as well, so even if he was erased for some reason the SBT would be able to rewind him back.

Resisting time being manipulated isn’t the same as resisting it being erased altogether. Type 2 concepts can also be bypassed by erasing the reality they govern, he would need immortality reliant on a type 1 concept to come back.

Time Eater would need to specifically erase the SBT, as long as it's there Zeref should be fine since he didn't absorb it like Acnologia so I believe Zeref could take this then.
