I don't think so, layered hax are basically scaling chains, and a CRT for each one of them would be repetitive. Though that also means people are free to argue or doubt your claims.

If you're going to argue for anything not already noted in profiles then yes there should be a CRT and scaling Hax would be one of them since when doing either hax or reistances the potency should be noted somewhere in the profile.

Of course not, you should have a CRT for layered hax to be accepted as the standard, we even have a few explanation pages for certain verses which break down exactly that. However people are free to argue that layered hax does exist without any CRT and its up to those involved in any versus debate to either agree or disagree with the claim.
