What speed is transcending time and distance

Really it depends on context. Speed generally is more so about what is shown and less do stated when it comes to immeasurable speed.

If it says time and space then immeasurable but time and distance then infinite (to me at least)
I think it'd be immeasurable. Infinite speed is defined as either being able to cross an infinite distance in a finite time, or a finite distance in 0 time. Immeasurable is being beyond linear time and being able to move back and forth in time at will with speed alone. Transcending time and space sounds like being beyond linear time to me.

how does transcending space have anything to do with speed

unless you travel so fast that you end up breaking space apart or smth
I said space and time, like the statement in question. Transcending space/being able to ignore it and hit your target no matter how far they are or anything similar like that would probably be infinite. Infinite distance / finite time = infinite speed.

a statement like "with this speed, im transcending time and distance" or some shit
Idk, FTL? Immeasurable? Like, this could mean anything. CW Flash's Mach 1 ass from Season 1 could claim it. That's why the surrounding context of the statement is important, whatever it is.

Unless it's super self evident like "I crossed that realm in zero seconds. I've transcended time and distance with this speed".
