Just seeing a world as fiction is not grounds for HDE, you need to showcase superiority like every higher dimension.

This was my concern too.
Since the profile isn't in the wiki, I'm not sure how to treat the character and the verse mechanics.

Setting aside that, if it's for the "Drawing Uncle Grandpa" that get Immortality type 9. I don't have any objection on the immortality part for now.
