There's no way a Stand is going to block a Sword's abilities which stem from a 5D conceptual source and can affect 5-D beings, sorry

She's not the one doing the precog, the Sword of Acorns is sentient and sees all of the past, present, and future alike. Because of its special connection to her, it will be actively working to protect her.

Okay, so how do these things happen? Disaster? I've read through the profile and the Standard Tactics doesn't seem to cover these neck snaps, and I'm not well-versed in JoJo
And even if Sally dies, the Sword will act of its own will and still erase Tooru to make this an Inconclusive.

Any act of pursuit will have a calamity be sent at whoever has done the act if pursuing. You don't need to approach, you can just think, or just see the Stand/Head doctor to get hit with a calamity. Even if Tooru is killed, Wonder of U will still live on. Anything can happen with Calamity, etc...
That's the gist of it I think

Killing Tooru is not gonna do anything, WoU is a different entity and is not connected to him like a normal stand.

Idk, if the sword can even see him or detect him(because of stands layered Incorporeality and the fact that i'ts in character for him to vanish and let calamity do the job)

Why not? I don't see any resistances or HDE/BDE on his profile. If he's physically 3-D, then he's still vulnerable to Tooru's passives. Unless, the resistances are missing on his profile.
Also, this is just me hypothesizing. It's not like I'm going to make a match like that. I don't want people to crucify me over making a matchup lol

Incorporeality is no issue for the SOA. It killed off The Ancient Walkers who are 5D type 1 abstracts.
