Currently, this is how a Bala's speed is listed:
Bala: An Arrancar ability similar to Cero, except it's weaker and 20 times faster.
However, this is actually wrong. They are not 20 times faster than a cero, they are the same speed, but they can be fired at 20 times the rate, without the long wind up time for ceros. It's a rate of fire, not speed statement.

Here is the imgur album containing the information:

🗿 the rate at which a Cero is fired is another way to say its speed. So the interpretation that it is talking about fire rate in the sense of "spamming" isn't inherently true. Furthermore, Yammy simply states it's 20x faster which would support my initial interpretation, which is just that the rate at which a Cero is fired is referring to its speed.

seems more in context to say that it can be fired 20x faster because of the WIND UP TIME not being the same, insetad being like nothing. Every cero throughout the series is actually fired at slow speeds beacuse it takes a long time to charge up. No cero is actually fired as fast as a bala because of this, and hence it makes more sense in context or it to be talking about the rate of fire and how fast it takes to wind one up.

Also the problem with this is that not all ceros are the same speed of movement themselves, so it makes sense that a bala is 20x faster than a cero, because it's 20x faster than ANY cero's firing speed, not faster than any cero's movement speed.

Also they'd be equal interpretations, since there's nothing putting one over the other here.

If it's equal interp for the databook statement, then further context decides which interp is better, and Yammy agrees with me

Ceros are fired rather instantly, many times Hollows just spit out Ceros extremely fast

That's irrelevant, Yammy's Bala is 20x Yammy's Cero, Starrk's Bala is 20x Starrk's Cero, etc etc.

I guess what could solve this is if someone had this in japanese 😯😯😯

I guarantee you nothing will change. There's nothing to be solved, the OP is incorrect.
