Currently the wiki accepted that Alien X has EE via Servantis Statement

Which is accepted as EE for Alien X.

Now addressing the conceptual EE for Alien X

In Ben 10 there is a Dimension called the Legerdomain which is where all Magic comes from(it was also said to be the place where all the “Universe" Magic flows) meaning the origin of Magic it was also noted that when Characters enter the Legerdomain they become more powerful their magic becomes stronger + their Mana meaning Legerdomain would probably house all Mana and in Ben 10 Mana=Magic=Life Force. https://ben10.fandom.com/wiki/Legerdomain

Even if we exclude Mana being part of origin of the Legerdomain. It still will be Conceptual EE seeing how magic is being destroyed as it is a concept. So if Alien X wipes everything out of existence it would include the Legerdomain which would lead to nobody in the verse being able to use Magic since it's origin has been destroyed since Legerdomain is where all Magic comes from and Characters become stronger when they are inside the Legerdomain Alien X would get Conceptual EE from this Legerdomain is accepted as being part of the “Universe" in the wiki

Also Alien X erasing Anodites gives him NPI via EE since they are totally made out of energy if we go by Servantis statement. https://ben10.fandom.com/wiki/Anodite

I wouldn't extrapolate so much from a single off hand comment. Destroying the realm where magic originates requiring conceptual EE is also questionable

Didn't concept manipulation has a note specifically for this which is like an indirect destruction of concept by destroying all object of the concept

Wdym? As how I understand conceptual EE if you destroy a concept the verse would need to be affected by the concept that was destroyed so when Alien X wipes “everything out of existence" it would include what I suggested magic users like Gwen and Charmcaster wouldn't be able to use magic anymore.

Oh God I just saw it lol I just revisit the page again I see that this doesn't qualify since it's being destroyed indirectly by destroying the domain it is held in.
