Creating time immeasurable speed question

Why exactly is this?

Same reason why timeless voids do not give Immeasurable Speed, existing in place without time gives nothing. Creating time but not interacting with sed time via sheer speed also means nothing but Hax and perhaps AP.

Yes, pretty much this ^. Not to mention that pretty much every single Tier 2 character in existence would be Immeasurable if the standards were to go that route.
