There's none. Luffy can avoid his attacks for a quite awhile, but that's just it. Buu's regen makes this match unfair.

Which Buu even is this? If it's Kid Buu then his opening move is screaming then nuking the planet, he did this twice against Goku and Vegeta when he first showed up.

Haki can negate Marco healing who can regenerate his hand in seconds

It's never shown negating regeneration on par with Buu though who can heal from being completely vaporized.
