So, this fight just popped in my head... seems cool.
  • battle takes place in Ultra Megalopolis
  • 160 meters away from each other
  • both are 3-C
  • Speed is equalized
  • both are in character

Oooh boy that is a nice fight. Comparable AP though UN edges out a bit i think, but then again these both have their own advantages and disadvantages... Including the fact that Fecto Elfilis has layered mind hax and nukes UN
 
Doesn’t Fecto’s mind Hax’s take time? Also I don’t think they lead with them as Fecto Elfilis
 
Necorzma even has their own Mind Manipulation, it's probably not as strong or layered as Fecto's but somethings better than nothing.
 
Necrozma can't be hit directly thanks to intangibility plus passive heat, better healing, and stat buffs should give it the win.
 
does necrozma resist mind hax, as it is in character for Elfilis to use it when it realizes it's outmatched.
