So EC Genos? Yeah he’s kind of wrecking a bit.
He was able to harm EC who scales to 13 megatons. He should also have really good heat resistance because he’s Genos. He can detach his limbs and body as well so he can kind of negate some of the damage Penny may do with her swords.
He can send electrical shocks too which could potentially make Penny haywire. And he’s absolutely ruthless when he fights. Like he’s a monster. They picked the correct title for him.

A combination of Penny's aura and her ability to absorb electricity would make that effectively useless

That means he can’t use essentially any of his regular moves since he scales to EC for harming him who scales to 13 megatons. It’s basically saying Genos can fight Penny but he can’t use any of his blasts

Kek, so, basically... Genos can only use CQC here and not any of his massive AoE attacks, right? Or am I reading this wrong?

That's good to hear, I suppose. Hmm... What is Genos' skill scaling here? Am going to assume Penny is the more skilled one more, while also being the more stronger/tougher one as well. Penny also have more versatility by the virtue of her own powers and the maiden powers. Am kinda leaning towards Penny, atm, unless I hear more things about Genos.
