growing large enough to tower over buildings should be able to justify 9-A without a calc, and pixel scaling would be very difficult considering how inconsistent the bulk's size is

9-A is one of the tiers that we are never allowed to assign without a calc, due to the borders not being based on a calculation of destroying something.
If him towering over buildings is too inconsistent, why would it be included on the profile? I don't really get what you're arguing there.

I am just gonna go on record and say this page should be deleted.
Not only have people expressed uncertainty about a fair number of the abilities on the profile, but the main AP justification is flat-out false.
It states that Raven destroyed the sun causing the planets to scatter. In reality, however, this is just Teleportation, something she does consistently throughout Teen Titans Go!, with the scattering planets being a cartoonish over-exaggeration of the planets flying away because they aren't being held by the sun's gravity.
So until a proper feat can be found for her and the TTG verse as a whole, it should be scrubbed.
1. Saying that Raven uses teleportation 'consistently throughout Go' is almost patently false. She BFRs her opponents exclusively through her portals and moves around exclusively through them as well, and throughout our entire discord conversation you were only able to find one clip.
2. The clip of teleportation you showed does not at all resemble what she did to the sun, nor does it produce a shockwave. However, one of Raven's primary methods of attacking is enveloping objects with her powers before making them explode with a shockwave...like this. This clip looks much similar to what happened to the Sun and produces a shockwave, and the times are closer, too (her teleportation is instant).
3. I did not see anyone express any uncertainty about abilities in her profile, and neither did you. Seriously, I double-checked and nobody had any grievances with the abilities on the page. This is flat-out false.

Agreed. The page may have some issues (originating from TTG being long and unpopular to anyone above the age of 8) but those are things that can be fixed by CRTs and are moreso the possibility of lacking specific feats. As the page is right now, it's well-formatted and the feats/abilities mentioned are all reasonable.
Sincerely, someone who watched way too much of that god-forsaken show.

I relented with the agreement that it was a shockwave causing the planets to disperse, and whether the sun was teleported or destroyed was neither here nor there.
But no, you had to come back one last time and shove your foot in my face while crooning over your own victory.
For the record, the feat you have of Raven blowing up the big rock ball is not proof at all. Because we see the destruction of said ball. It shatters and physically explodes. The sun does not do that. It simply vanishes without a trace. The fact that it takes a short bit to cover the surface of both objects is just an effect from the show indicating she is covering the entirety of said object with her magic.
Do me a favor, and take what you got. I already backed out of attempting to get the profile deleted. Please don't make things worse here.

I was just going off of you saying that he's 100 meters.
If he's not that tall, then just pixel scale however tall he is and use that height.
If you absolutely cannot figure out how tall he is, then you must not be able to tell that he's taller than buildings, so the AP rating should be removed anyway.

his height fluctuates between shots, and in the scene i want to calc he’s in the middle of the desert with nothing to base his size off of
considering how big his hand is compared to a helicopter, the bulk would be about 14 meters tall in this shot. so he’s taller than a 4 story building, which should warrant that tier
there’s also aguywhodoesthings’s revision of the profile, which puts the bulk at 9-A through other means anyways
