He starts with his fusion cannon attacks from a distance. Then proceeds with his other attacks

it basically make Chopper expert at Martial arts and way more agile

he can also use his horn point to launch a surprise attack from below, dunno if it's viable enough though

well, Martial Arts do have an issue when, well, ya know, Megatron isn't biological and is like 30 times Chopper's size minimum

I honestly forgot Franky even existed because I didn't really make far enough in the anime to get to his stuff lol, I'll probably make another versus thread for Franky though
