Does Raiden(MGRR) perceiving Lasers in slow motion make him FTL?

When Raidens in blade mode he is able to see Laser beams from metal gear excelsus in slow motion, would this make him FTL???

Yes i know, While Raiden could see a light-speed laser approaching to him, it would clearly be a great distance away and not in slow motion.

Is there ways to get MGR Raiden to FTL? Yes, been looking at a few ways along with a few small AP upgrades (Some rough calcs I've got things up to like 0.92c so we'll probably get it sooner or later).
Is this it? Not really, doesn't qualify for any of our standards or requirements to be treated as lightspeed unfortunately, made even weirder when you factor in MGS has legitimate laserbeams like REX's free electron beam and it's not even remotely similar to what EXCEL does (EXCEL's thing has more in common with the RAY plasma beam, which is only triple digit mach).

Gray Fox gets hit scanned so that isn't possible.
RAY piloted by Ocelot might be capable of dodging it but that's a whole bag of worms in and of itself (Did he aim dodge? Did he even actually do it after it was fired? Did the onboard AI help? While he reacted it was quite a bit away so how much does he actually scale to it even if RAY itself scales by moving?, etc).
I wouldn't worry about MGS at all for the time being, me and Armor going through everything for a tremendously huge CRT, we're like 4 games in (Solid, Solid 2 done and working on Solid 3 footage and albums atm though I have a little of 4 added already because it was there, and Armor's gone through PW and Solid 3 so far).

Though, if you have any ideas for stuff say them anyhow, while I'm almost positive everything has and will be gathered, you never know if something just slips through.

I pray that metal gear characters get border line FTL feats. Also if the rays AI dodged the beam after it was fired and not aim dodged, couldn’t you still scale from snakes and raidens battles with said mech?

Yeah the guys videos definitely have a degree of wank to them, his scaling for the other metal gears being supposedly nuke resistant because of Hal saying something one off, thus making Sam and raiden having an AP of 60 to 140+ gigatons is wonky. I'm aware of it, the issue is I'm pretty sure the beam "firing" isn't actually it being fired, it's kinda hard to explain, but the actual damaging part of the beam is fired after RAY leaps, including the clip that's been calced, frame by frame, the actual electron beam part of it covers the whole distance in one frame.

None of the calcs he actually links is beyond town level, and the fastest calc is 4c by Twellas based on EXCEL's beams being light speed.
And the only MG that is "nuke resistant" is Peace Walker (above 50 megatons as it's stated its bomb is > tsar bomba), but that doesn't inherently include its hydrogen bomb it has (which is a suicide move anyway), and if it did, that'd still only be 7-B, not 6-C.
