Why isn’t Base GT Goku High 3-A?

From my understanding, destroying an infinite space is High 3-A, correct?
GT Goku shook Other World in base form.
it has been stated by Akira Toriyama that Other World is the same size of the Living World, and it’s also been stated that the Living World is infinite in size.
would this not count as High 3-A?
