For example the cosmology is the verse is 5-D or 6-D per say and that's where are the characters are living does that make the characters and their abilities 5-D or 6-D? Even tho you didn't the destroyed the cosmology itself?

Depend on the verse. It possible to just be 3D living in higher dimension. If the characters can cover or affect such construct regardless if they destroy it or not, then sure, their ability would scale to such.

Like for example, ability like fate manipulation. Such ability is not mean for destruction. If the ability cover or affect the 5D construct or 5D beings for example. It would mean that the fate hax are at 5D. After all, you can’t really affect someone of higher dimension unless your ability scale to such as well. Even if you do, you only affect infinitesimal portion of them.

From his feat or something about his existence. For example, let say this realm can only be comprehend and inhabit by higher dimension being like let say 5D and none lower dimensions being can reach nor exist in such place. A lower dimension character ability like fate manipulation able to affect such character, would mean that the ability would at least be 5D as only ability at the same dimensionality or higher could affect such character.
